He opened Arezzo Pizza on River Road in Fair Lawn last week — and 28 other places over the past two decades.

Each one remains open today.

"I've just got that niche," said Inserra, a father of three from Hawthorne.

"I'm like that guy, Gordon Ramsay. I can take a place, clean it up and turn it around."

Inserra remembers when he knew he wanted to go into the pizza business.

"I'd sit by the counter at Brother Bruno's in Wayne," he said. "I said, 'One day, I'm going to be that guy.'"

From the smell of the sauce to the baking process, Inserra fell in love with it all.

"I'm still in love with it today," he said. "I wouldn't want any other business."

AREZZO IS ALSO LOCATED IN LYNDHURST AND PASSAIC.
