The Hollywood Avenue warehouse will serve as a hub for additional stores that owner Raul Camelot hopes to open soon in Greenwich, CT and Warwick, N.Y.

Camelot's last day in the Ho-Ho-Kus retail store -- which he opened in 1989 -- will be Dec. 30.

"The business model is moving toward antique malls," said Camelot, who has a second location in Vermont.

"The individual, downtown storefront location is not generating enough foot traffic to justify the price per square foot."

The 30 to 50 percent-off sale is currently under way at Camelot Home Furnishings, 9 N. Franklin Tpke., Ho-Ho-Kus.
