Oakland Tree Lighting Includes Surprise Entertainment

OAKLAND, N.J. — The annual Christmas tree and menorah lighting ceremony takes place Dec. 6 at Veteran’s Memorial Park in Oakland.

Oakland will invite surprise guests to entertain the public at a tree and menorah holiday event.

Surprise guests will perform at the food and entertainment event that follows the lightings. The public is welcome to bring cameras to the occasion, which takes place in the Valley Middle School Cafeteria.
