Wyckoff Y Offers Free Class For Cancer Survivors

WYCKOFF, N.J. -- The Wyckoff YMCA is offering an eight-week class designed for cancer survivers starting on Tuesday, April 12.

The Wyckoff Family YMCA will host a fitness and health workshop for cancer survivors.

The course will include cardiovascular fitness, nutrition, resistance training, meditation, yoga, and a variety of resources to support a healthy and strong lifestyle throughout recovery.

Classes will be held on Tuesdays from April 12 through May 31 at 2 p.m.
