OAKLAND, N.J. — Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge in Oakland is expanding its foster program to help dogs rescued from a Jersey Shore home in what authorities called " an extreme hoarding situation."
The shelter says it took in 12 "adorable, but scared dogs" from the Howell home. Two were treated at Oradell Animal Hospital.
