The Park Steakhouse, Park Ridge

What Makes It A Cut Above: All steaks are dry aged for at least 21 days, thus giving the steaks a nice nutty aged flavor.

The restaurant has been in business for over 20 years with current owners Randy Carson (of Ridgewood) and John Halligan (of River Vale) being at the helm for the last 14. The two pride themselves on delivering cooked to perfection meats -- the New York Times, in fact, has rated The Park Steakhouse as "Excellent" and called it an “unassuming steakhouse [that] is the real deal."

Expect a refined setting that also serves up a host of seafood and other dishes.
