Wyckoff Girl Scout Cadette Troop 24 is holding its second annual “wrapraiser” this month.

The scouts will be wrapping presents for donations on both Sunday, Dec. 11 and Sunday, Dec. 18, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Grace United Methodist Church, 555 Russell Ave.

People can drop off their gifts, and the girls will wrap them and send a text when they are ready for pickup.

The scouts will provide paper, or people can bring their own.

“The surrounding communities might be interested in taking advantage of this offer since many either dislike wrapping or simply don't have the time,” said Lisa Ambrose, one of the troop’s leaders.

Donated money will help fund the troop's community projects and events.

The troop recently sold local honey and donated the proceeds to help restore vandalized headstones at the Wyckoff Reformed Church Cemetery.
