CRESSKILL, N.J. — A Cresskill couple who have a combined $698,710 in unpaid federal income taxes, interest and penalties are facing judgement, NorthJersey.com reports.
David M. Kushner and Nanci Kushner, a Monsey, N.Y. native, are listed as the defendants in a federal complaint, which was filed at the request of the IRS in U.S. District Court in Newark last week, the article says.
Last year, a racketeering lawsuit was thrown out after a four-year statute of limitations ran out, NorthJersey.com reports.
David Kushner was the president of the Alpine Country Club until 2015, when he resigned following reportedly stalking his son's CHS basketball coach , according to NorthJersey.com.
