FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. -- The Friends at Franklin Lakes Library will hold its spring luncheon on Thursday, April 28 at the Indian Trail Club.
The luncheon speaker will be world-renown Peony gardener and professional lady-farmer, Kathleen Gagan. Some of her prize peonies will be on display and she will discuss her special growing techniques.
The luncheon will also honor Councilwoman Paulette Ramsey for her years of service.
The Luncheon will begin at 11:30 a.m.
