Charles Greenhalgh, 70, Of Wayne Dies

WAYNE, N.J. – Charles Greenhalgh of Wayne passed away on Nov. 9. He was 70.

Greenhalgh who “was much cherished, respected and loved by his family, friends, and everyone who had the honor to know him,” died of pancreatic cancer, states a GoFundMe page created to raise funds for funeral expenses.

He is survived by his wife Marie, sister Charlene, brother Glenn and nephew Chloe. He was predeceased by his daughter Amanda and parents Charles and Viola.

Greenhalgh, formerly of Upper Montclair, worked for Home Point Financial in Parsippany and was an avid San Francisco Baseball Giants and Penn State University football fan.

In lieu of flowers, people may donate to the GoFundMe page to fund funeral expenses. Any additional monies raised will be donated to the Friends of Wayne Animal Shelter.
