Dennis Rice, 74, Of Wyckoff

WYCKOFF, N.J. -- Dennis H. Rice, 74, of Wyckoff, passed away Monday, March 14, 2016.

Rice was born in the Bronx, N.Y., grew up in Westwood and lived and raised his family in Wyckoff.

He retired as national sales manager for INMONT Corp. in Bound Brook, a company he worked for his entire career.

He is survived by his four children, Donna Macaluso, and her husband, Jim, Shaun Rice, and his wife, Ann, Darren Rice and his wife, Paula, and Tara Rice; four grandchildren, Justin Macaluso, William Rice, Owen Rice, Gabrielle Rice; and his siblings, Maureen Nolan, Jeanine Krist, Owen Rice and Christine Mulhauser.

He was predeceased by his parents, Owen and Catherine Rice; brother-in-law, Bruce Nolan; and grandson, Dylan Macaluso.

The family will receive friends from 3-7 p.m. Wednesday at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11a.m. Thursday at St. Elizabeth’s R.C. Church, 700 Wyckoff Ave., Wyckoff. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, 234 Paramus Road, Paramus.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, in memory of Rice's grandson, Dylan, to help those affected by mental illness and addiction: 3803 N. Fairfax Drive, Suite 100, Arlington, VA 22203.
