Bergen Sheriff: BCC Custodians Stole $8,400 Worth Of Computers

Paramus, N.J. – Two Bergen Community College custodians were arrested by a county sheriff’s detective who said they sold six computers worth $8,400.

Charles Jackson, 44, of Hackensack and Melvy Diaz-Cordero, 52, of Paterson were released on court summonses charging them with theft and fencing, Bergen County Sheriff Michael Saudino said Wednesday.

Five of the computers were recovered the sheriff said.
