The INS issued a detainer on Edwin Marroquin-Lopez, 31, that would keep him behind bars even if he posts $100,000 bail.

Police charged the 5-foot-7-inch, 230-pound illegal immigrant with various drug and weapons counts, as well as hindering apprehension -- for the fraudulent license -- following the Saturday stop just after 12:30 p.m.
