Prosecutor: Midland Park Man Posted Sex Pics Of Woman With Protection Order

MIDLAND PARK, N.J. – A Midland Park telemarketer posted sexually explicit images online – along with personal identifying information -- about a woman who’d obtained a permanent restraining order against him 2½ years ago, said authorities who arrested him Friday.

Steven P. Felice, 23, was taken into custody by members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Cyber Crimes Unit during a raid on his home, authorities said.

He was charged with cyber harassment, invasion of privacy, contempt of court and wrongful access/disclosure of personal information, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.

A judge in September 2014 had ordered Felice “not to communicate and/or harass the victim” as part of a final restraining order, Grewal said.

Felice -- a graduate of Midland Park High School and Bergen Community College -- was released without bail pending a March 29 first appearance in Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
