FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. -- A man wearing a mask and a glove on one hand ran into a Franklin Lakes bank, saw all the tellers behind security glass and ran out, police said.
Franklin Lakes police arrested two men this week in unrelated matters -- a Paterson man for child support and a Maplewood man for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the high school parking lot.
Photo Credit: Boyd A. LovingEmployees at the Chase Bank on Franklin Lake Road described the man who entered and left Wednesday afternoon as white, about 6 feet tall and wearing the mask, glove, a black hooded sweatshirt and black jeans, Detective Lt. John Bakelaar said.
Wyckoff police and the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office assisted, Bakelaar said.
