Officers Robert Schlossberg and Officer Kaitlyn Maglione took 32-year-old Bryan E. Gostissa into custody at Municipal Court just before 7 p.m. Aug. 16, Police Chief David Murphy said Monday.

Gostissa was later released to a family member after police gave him a new court date to answer charges that include DWI, reckless driving and having an open alcoholic container in a vehicle, the chief said.

Gostissa still must answer charges from July 11, when Wyckoff police said they found him drunk in his car at the Boulder Run Shopping Center on Franklin Avenue.
