Noreen Dominguez, 56, of Wyckoff, is accused of having a blood alcohol content of 0.24 percent, or three times the legal limit, while parked outside the Six Flags Great Escape Lodge in Warren County, N.Y., about 9:15 p.m. Friday, according to the nj.com report.

Dominguez faces one count of aggravated driving while intoxicated, according to the nj.com report. Under New York state law, anyone found behind the wheel with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater can be charged with DWI. The elevated charge Dominguez faces reflects the fact that authorities believe her blood alcohol content was greater than 0.18 percent, nj.com reported.
