Listed on the National Register of Historic Homes,  and once owned by the first mayor of New York City, William Merritt, the completely restored circa 1738 English Manor house features four bedrooms and bathrooms.

The home also offers a lot of history including being the spot where George Washington met General Lafayette during the Revolutionary War.
