Furnari on Dec. 15 proposed the K-8 district implement a full-day Kindergarten program to a five-day curriculum, NorthJersey.com said.

"The recommendation would align Franklin Lakes with Oakland, who went to full-day kindergarten in September 2013," the article says.

"This would leave Wyckoff the only modified-day (3 full days, 2 half days) program among the three K-8 districts feeding into the Ramapo Indian Hill Regional High School district," NorthJersey.com said.
