WYCKOFF, N.J. — The Wyckoff PTO Economy Shop has reopened for the fall season.
The resale/consignment shop housed in the historic Susquehanna Railroad station in Wyckoff began over 65 years ago as a once-a-week fundraising project held in a Wyckoff PTO member’s garage.
Today the shop is open Tuesday through Saturday during the school year and is staffed by over 150 parent and community volunteers. All proceeds from the shop benefit the Wyckoff Public School District as well as the Ramapo-Indian Hills School District.
In addition to supporting local schools, the Economy Shop donates all items not sold after a six-week rotation to charities including CUMAC, Star of Hope, Oasis, Lighthouse and RBARI.
The store is located at 399 Main St.
