The pair -- representing Team Israel -- finished with a personal best on Tuesday, taking 19th place out of the 22 pairs. Only the top 16 advanced to the free skate.

Still, they made their country proud: "Pretty damn incredible if you ask us," Team Israel said.

Conners is 17 and lives in Edgewater. Krasnopolsky is 29 and was born in Ukraine and currently lives in Hackensack. They have been skating together for one year. Krasnopolsky competed in the 2014 Olympics.
