Franklin Lakes Honors Longtime Emergency Services Veteran

FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. -- The Borough of Franklin Lakes honored retiree Donald Osenbruck, a 36-year-old emergency services veteran.

Osenbruck began as a police officer before being promoted first to sergeant and then lieutenant.After retiring at the end of May 2011, he became an administrative assistant to the police department. His last day was Sept. 30.
